I work away from home most weeks so I just handed my project over to Jason and 26 weeks on we are just finishing things off and are almost ready to install the new kitchen and bathrooms.

The project has run very smoothly, on time and under budget. We have saved £1000s by using Marason. I never realised that having major works undertaken could be done in such an organised manner. Well done to everyone involved, especially Patrick and his team.

Our extension with Marason Construction building services started in January 2020. Prior to the building works commencing, Jason had looked at our existing plans and advised us on a couple of changes that would make the space work even better for our family. The build got off to a fantastic start, through all kinds of weather there was much progress made and we had much of the exterior building work and roof timbers on before everything had to halt due to the first lockdown.

 This is where Jason and Jacob made exactly the right decision to put all work on hold. As a family it made us feel very safe and whilst it was a shock to everyone at the time, Marason then went on to prove just how professional they are. Once able and with things back on track, Jason, Jacob and the team went above and beyond to complete the work despite the set backs of building supplies not being as readily available and having to consider additional health and safety implications for all involved.

 Throughout the build it was clear to see the building work was being completed by seasoned professionals who were always happy to answer any questions and guide us on decisions that needed to be made. We decided to extend and reconfigure our home to work better for our family and Marason Construction have helped us do just that.We have a beautiful space and our very happy with the final result.

When considering who to use for our large renovation we received a recommendation via friends to use Marason Construction.
 Straight away it was apparent that Jason, Jacob and their team are hugely experienced; easy to deal with; honest about the process; and, that they would be with us every step of the build. They provided us with a timely and competitive
quote (we had five quotes), which was not the lowest, but we now realise offered fantastic value given the quality of the completed build.

The quality of the workmanship is evident throughout, all the tradesmen took real pride in their work and as importantly for us they were fantastic, friendly and considerate with our two children both of whom are under five (and the challenges that brings).

Throughout the build they were flexible and understanding about our ‘last minute’ changes, were always there when we needed to talk to them, and through their experience were happy to offer constructive ideas about potentially enhancing the build. They were considerate and respectful with our neighbours and brilliant at working with other contractors (kitchen/flooring) to ensure the process went smoothly.

The payment schedule was communicated in advance of the build starting and was stuck too, meaning we could plan our finances accordingly.People often ask us whether we’d do it again and we always give the same reply – only if it was with Marason.Thank you so much for helping us build our dream home.
